Government Applauded for Expanding Social Cash Transfer Programme to Include More Persons with Disabilities

In a meeting with ZANIS, Handicap Individuals' Association Executive, Joseph Mwaba, offered thanks to the public authority for adding 397 new crippled people to the rundown of recipients for 2024.
